1. To be able to achieve 1000m in a T20
2. To complete a 10 x 100m Frontcrawl Test set off 2.00 with a minimum of 10 seconds rest
3. To attend a minimum of 3 sessions a week
4. To aim for County times and attend the Suffolk County Development Meet
5. To actively compete in Level 3 & 4 Open meets

Swimmers must comply with a minimum of 3 of the above to remain in the squad

Training Times

Monday 7-8pm
Wednesday 7-8pm
Friday 6-7.30pm
Sunday 6.30-7.30pm

Land training is on Sundays and 12 & over is from 4.30 – 5.15pm and the under 12 is 5.30 -6.15pm

– Old T shirt (as Junior Age)
– Water bottle minimum size 75ml
– Hat
– Small Finger paddles
– Exercise band
– Spare goggles (recommended)
